I would not recommend Benfield Renault Carlisle because while being happy with the car I have bought I found the sales manager to be dishonest in his description of the cars origin, previous owners, price and sales terms that we agreed at the point of sale

After taking delivery at the beginning of March and driving home I found the centre had fallen out of one of the alloy wheels. I phoned and advised them of this and was told they would send a replacement. To date this has not arrived despite a second phone call recently.

I would recommend Benfield Renault Carlisle because the sales person didnt sell he created the need to purchase but ensured that i was fully informed before my purchase meaning i was totally satisfied and he gained loyalty,the after care service is also first rate and i have been contacted by Benfield and the finance company to ensure i was totally satisfied, a first rate service both before and my vehicle was purchased.

I would recommend Benfield Volkswagen Carlisle because the service from my salesperson was excellent. I have bought two other cars off him when he worked at carrs at hexham. I would reccomend them as they made it an enjoyable experience and nothing was too much bother
