Lookers Ford Sudbury made buying my new car a great experience because- Sales persons were very professional. The answer to any finance was not applicable as we were using savings to finance the difference. We found Emily the sales person very helpful. We found Lookers to be the most competative on price by making comparisons on Auto Trader.

My experience at Lookers Ford Sudbury was not very good because when changing my mind on wanting finance I felt that I was being pushed to still take it as it would create extra paperwork for the sales person. Felt pushed into buying Gardx even though I had stipulated that I wasn't sure I wanted it on many occasions. Also after owning the vehicle for less than a week the brakes are grinding! Apparently it's been checked but I still have the problem and felt that they were not prepared to fix the fault. After spending over ten thousand pounds you have a very unhappy customer and definitely would not recommend Lookers to anyone. I also have a friend who brought a brand new car from there around a month ago who was also dissatisfied with the pushy attitude of the staff. I have brought many cars and have never felt so unhappy after buying what should be an exciting part of your life.

The experience at Cartime was good because the minor problems we had with the key and tracking were sorted without any problems. Which gave me a lot of faith in the company.

I had a great experience at William A Lewis Nissan Shrewsbury because even though i was buying a 10 year old trade in car i was treated just the same as if i was buying a brand new car

My experience at Lookers Ford Sudbury was positive because I was able to take a test drive and arrange purchase of vehicle slightly outside normal hours. The salesman was very helpful in showing me what options were available with the purchase of the car.

We are happy with the car so far. The reason why we are dissatisfied with collection is because when we agreed the sale the rep mentioned that carpets were included. When we collected car we were told they were extra.

Gowrings Ford Newbury made buying my new car a great experience because really helpful salesperson, who understood perfectly what I was looking for. I did not feel pressured into a purchase, but was given all the details I asked for reguarding the vehicle, my trade in vehicle and the finance package. I have since recommended a friend who has been and purchased a vehicle too. If the excellent service continues I will certainly be purchasing my next vehicle through Gowrings.
