I wouldn't recommend Perrys Kia Direct - Burnley because there has been no follow up call. The paper work was poor with the warranty book not up to date and inaccurate record keeping of the work carried out. The car needed some work on it which was carried out but their million point check failed to notice an indicator light full of water or moss growing out of the windscreen wiper! What else have they missed?

I would recommend Perrys of Burnley Vauxhall because we received great service - our sales person Jim was very friendly and chatty, explaining everything about the vehichle and the process of buying/paperwork etc.

Perrys of Burnley Vauxhall made buying my new car a great experience because I viewed the car on the Perry's website, called to enquire and had all the finance payments etc within a hour, I went to view the car on a Wednesday and it was alredy for collection on the Friday - Super quick delivery.

I was pleased with Perrys of Burnley Vauxhall and would recommend them because the sales rep jim was fantastic from the moment we contacted them by phone, he waited for us to arrive to view the car (we live 2hours away) and didnt pressure us into buying it after the test drive. He had a good knowledge about the vehicle and answered all our questions. Our local chester vauxhall dealership customer service was rubbish compared to Perrys in Burnley. Excellent service from start to finish. Arranged everything including taxing the vehicle so it was ready to drive away. So pleased with the new car. Thanks again Jim
