I'd recommend Westdrive Kia because ;Simon was very helpfull;I had a feeling the HP would not go through as i am self employed,and no bank like self employed people since the bank crash,but Simon was very helpfull to my own finance company that has helped me in the past.and i was happy with the final outcome; Had a Kia once before and was very happy with the car and the warranty was 1st class. I was very impressed with Westdrive Kia. Making such a large purchase can be very stressful for various reasons, but the sales person, Stuart Mobbs, made me feel entirely comfortable. Also the selection of cars was better than a other dealers, so it was easier to make comparisons between vehicles.

I had a great experience at Westdrive Kia because we did not intend buying a new car at the time and had only put our cars in for service and MOT. While we were there we decided to have a look at what was on offer. We were not pressurised at all and were extremely satisfied at the " at the sales pitch". We are totally satisfied with our new car.

The experience at Westdrive Kia was great because there was no hard sell - we were listened to and given the opportunity to make up our own minds on the car, whilst still having the salesman available to answer any questions. Excellent customer service all round.

I'd definitely recommend Westdrive Kia to friends and family because the 7 yr warranty is a bonus but in particular I'd recommend my salesman Paul - he was professional and handled the sale in a pleasant way which made the purchase a pleasure , this is particularly important as I entered showroom on my own , I told Paul what car I wanted and how much I had avail to spend and walked out owning a sportage !
