I'd recommend RRG Lexus Bradford to a friend because I already have done, primarily because I need complete reliability, comfort and low fuel costs for local driving and regular travel on the near continent. I am now on my fourth Lexus the last two from the same same salesman, Paul Thompson. All the staff at Bradford have been excellent but.Paul's constant good humour and attention to detail is outstanding.

RRG Lexus Bradford were really helpful and I'd recommend them because you cannot beat the standard of everything to do with Lexus, the staff, the service, the loan of a car which matches yours when they come to pick it up for a service. I have been driving a Lexus for the past 10/5 years and I would not change to another brand.

I wouldn't recommend RRG Toyota Bradford because the offer was "iPad with every car sold" and I did not get the iPad. Had to write a letter to head office in Salford and eventurally got the iPad. It was a very stressful experience.

I wouldn't recommend RRG Toyota Bradford because i am not satisfied with the mechanical condition of this vehicle nor the way the dealership has rejected that these mechanical issues are their responsibility. It is a second hand "Toyota Approved" vehicle. As it is a few years old some wear and tear is to be expected. However I seem to have badly misjudged what "Toyota Approved" meant at the time of purchase and put my trust in the dealership to an extent. Since purchase I have contacted the dealer and discussed the faults with the car, it appears that "Toyota Approved" simply means that it passed an MOT test; I expected a bit more than that. I will never buy a car from them again (new or used).

RRG Toyota Bradford were great because they acted in a professional manner. They also had some great free offers like an ipad ! The lady at the reception was extremely kind and helpful offering us tea or coffee when we came in.

I wouldn't recommend RRG Lexus Bradford because I was supposed to have received an ipad , for my purchase. IS THIS A GIMMICK ? I am annoyed that I haven't received what I was promised before I bought the car !!!
