My experience at Penton Bournemouth East was positive because They had a friendly and helpful attitude letting the customer make the choices without being over persuasive just to get a sale. The trial drive was carried out alone so letting the customer appreciate the vehicle in an unbiased way and enjoy the experience. Hence the car sells itself if it fills the customers requirements. The whole buying experience was very pleasent and a good deal was negotiated.

Penton Bournemouth East were fantastic because the level of service was consistent from very first contact - and the product, namely the car, was great too. I was pleased when the salesman, Adam, called back after a week or so after the transaction, to ask how the car was going.

I'd endorse Penton Bournemouth East because the premises are pristene. I am disabled and the sales advisor was extremely helpful. One complaint is that I paid a substantial deposit, then received a phone call, from the sales advisor, who was very apologetic, but stated it was Penton's requirement for me to pay the total amount for the car before I could collect, even though I had not seen the car cleaned and valetted. I felt as though they mistrusted me and nearly cancelled the transaction. However, the sales advisor helped me to change my mind.

I would recommend Penton Bournemouth East because The staff are very knowledgable, even on the cars that are not Citroen made. The range of cars is excellent. We did not feel pressurised into making a decision. We felt confident in the car preparation - there were some things that we didn't notice, e.g. the car was missing a locking wheel key and this was spotted and then posted to us as soon as possible.
