  • I was happy with the service at Lookers Volkswagen Boston because everyhing was made clear by Ross. Some of the questions could have scored higher but since delivery we have found no cap on the screenwash bottle and numerous attempts to secure one have met with silence - after sales service is as important as pre-purchase!

  • Thurlby Motors Boston were great because they didn't make me feel pressurised into making my decision. The finance was fully explained although I didn't take up the option. The salesman (Luke) was very helpful and always polite. When collected, the car looked and drove great.
