  • My experience at Colliers Mazda was not very good because i had to chase your staff to make a deposit to take my car off sale. No one came back to me to confirm the next stages once this had happened, my car was not cleaned properly and still smells of cigarette smoke even though I was assured it would have a full valet. Even thought safeguart had been offered to me and refused as the car was done previously it was added to my bill. I brought my car from there after my boyfriend brought his Mazda 6 from there and following on from his aftersales experience and my pre sales experience I have now got concerns with how I will be treated if any problems arise with my car. All in all I not a great experience.

  • My experience at Lookers Yardley Vauxhall was not satisfactory because i paid the full asking price with no part exchange but was disappointed that there were some stone chips and a small scratch on a door and paying £13641.00 without viewing the car due to i would of had to travel 190 mile to view it would of expected them to have the marks touched up
