My experience at Lookers Volkswagen Battersea was positive because the Sales Rep I dealt with was very polite & enthusiastic about the car & the deal. However he could have been more efficient I spent nearly 6hrs there in just 2 visits, but overall I am very pleased with my car.

Buying my car at Lookers Volkswagen Battersea was a great experience because the salesman luke was brilliant. He knew everything about the car and answered my questions fully with great explinations. He wasn't pushy at all and gave me my own time to think about buying the vehicle which is something Ford and Vauxhall did not do. Very professional and would recomend him & the business to anyone walking into Lookers in batttersea!

I was pleased with Lookers Volkswagen Battersea and would recommend them because I could not complain about any part of my experience. I went in to discuss what options VW has because it has been many years since I had bought a car. Luke my sales person was utterly brilliant. Not too pushy which is the worst thing a sales person could be to me - but had the answer to every question I had and did not make me feel stupid for anything i did not know. I don't think I would have bought a car there and then had it not been for Luke,
