My experience at Part Exchange Centre Baskingstoke was not satisfactory because since purchasing car we are still after 7 weeks waiting for a car that hasn,t got a fault. The car went wrong after 4 days and now 7 weeks later car still not repaired and are waiting for dealer to call to arrange replacement.

The experience at City Peugeot Basingstoke was fantastic because the sales man was easy to get along with and explained every thing in a way I was able to understand. Gowrings Ford Basingstoke were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Simon Attwood, the salesman I dealt with, was helpful and informative without being 'pushy' - something I very much appreciated. I spoke to another salesman after I had taken delivery of the car about a technical hitch I was having (due to me, not the car) and he was most helpful.
