I'd definitely recommend Wilsons Epsom because they seemed to care about their customers and wanted me to be totally satisfied and delighted with my car. in short they wanted to make me happy and would go to great lengths to make sure I was.

Good selection of cars. Would have liked the service to be slicker and more professional. Just as a basic, it was difficult to get hold of someone when I rang. I would have expected a slicker reception.

I'd recommend Wilsons Epsom to anyone because the 3 staff members I dealt with, Spencer, Chris and Tony all gave service above my expectations. Couldn't fault them.

I would recommend Wilsons Epsom because Wilsons have a good selection of vehicles from different manufacturers. The process to purchase a vehicle is pretty smooth including payment & organizing temporary insurance cover. The salesman are not too pushy & answered questions in a clear and concise manner.

Wilsons Epsom were helpful because they managed to have the car ready on a tight schedule because I needed it sooner. Salesperson very helpful, staff on the phone were ridiculously unhelpful however.

I'd endorse Wilsons Epsom because despite they 'forgot' about my collection date as the sales person i had dealt with was on leave,the salesperson i did deal with throughout was truly wonderful and very professional. The sales manager could take note of her attitude and customer service.

I wouldn't recommend Wilsons Epsom because the lack of communication between the the original salesman and the showroom when picking the vehicle up
