  • The experience at Sandicliffe Basford New was fantastic because I have have hitherto had very satisfactory dealings with Sandicliffe. My reservations on this occasion are due to the delivery of the car to me without the rear parking sensors and without the carpet floor mats - both of which had been paid for and which really ought to have been sorted before I came to pick up the vehicle.

  • I was pleased with Sandicliffe Stapleford New and would recommend them because they were outstanding in their proffessional approach and explained all aspects of the vehicle and finance offers clearly and precisely which made it easy to come to a decision on my purchase. I was also impressed with being offered a Sandicliffe Plus Card which I am able to use on offers that I have asked to be Emailed to me, and the fact that I can budget for my servicing on a service plan to suit my needs.

  • The experience at Sandicliffe Leicester (Welford Rd) was fantastic because I was given plenty of time to view the car in my own time and when it came to doing a deal all the extras (finance, gap insurance, paint protection etc .) were offered and explained but there was no pressure at all to take them. All in all it was a pleasant experience and not like I've had at other garages.

  • Our experience at Sandicliffe Leicester (Welford Rd) New was positive because Jo Hale although she was busy on the day we called she stopped what she was doing, came over to speak to us and asked us to take a seat. She brought us a coffee, and explained the details of the car we wished to purchase. Jo made the whole buying experience as easy as possible, we told her what we wanted in the car and she made it happen. Jo kept in contact with us and informed us of the progress of the car. When she didn't know what to do exactly she was not afraid to ask a colleague. On the day of collection Jo gave us a very comprehensive handover and we could tell that she had done her homework on the details of the car. Thanks Jo for making it a stress free experience from start to finish.
