I wouldn't recommend Perrys Kia Direct - Burnley because there has been no follow up call. The paper work was poor with the warranty book not up to date and inaccurate record keeping of the work carried out. The car needed some work on it which was carried out but their million point check failed to notice an indicator light full of water or moss growing out of the windscreen wiper! What else have they missed?

The only gripe I have is with the crowded nature of the site. Driving onto Perrys site to search for somewhere to park is a problem.

Perrys of Nelson Peugeot were great because the salesperson Paul was very friendly and I was satisfied with the overall experience. The car was prepared for a test drive when I arrived and Paul took care of us very well. The after sales service was excellent. I had a small problem with the car within weeks of purchase and Perrys of Nelson sercvice team took the car from my place, fixed the problem and returned it back. It was all done without any hassle. I would strongly recommend Perrys of Nelson.

I'd suggest Perrys of Bolton Peugeot to a friend because I was somewhat "stuck" when looking for a new vehicle as my car at that time had just run out of its MOT and I was also quite unwell so it was difficult for me to physically search for a new vehicle. However, Darren Hurst, the salesman at Perrys of Bolton brought the Peugeot 107 I was interested in to my home (some 15 miles away), took my own car in PX (without current MOT) and then brought the new vehicle to my home a couple of days later. The service was very good considering my circumstances at that time.
