Here is Nissan approved dealership, who has no qualms about selling a vehicle with a known fault. When found out, the are in total denial. Here is a dealership where you are transformed from "valued" customer to loathed trouble make in space of 48 hrs.Unfortunately of everbody who I have told about my experience, those who know this outfir said : I could have told you so...! Please be warned and give this place a wide berth when looking to buy a car !!!

We were refused the test drive unless we agreed on the price. We were bluntly asked to leave after we explained that we would like to discuss the price after the test drive. Sales person was John Watt. Out the blue John was giving us strict warning that we will not get price x even if we asked. The most bizarre car buying experience ever.

I purchased this vehicle in March 2012 and waited until now to post a dealer review because I wanted to see if the car was as good as the buying experience - I am happy to say that it has been. These guys have genuine integrity and care about getting it right. I tried to research them before I went to see them because like many I guess that I have a fairly low opinion of car dealers (apologies, I know that it is a few bad apples) but when you are parting with the sort of money needed for a decent car you have to be careful. I did not find out very much and absolutely nothing bad, and so I went along and bought the car very quickly - it felt right and I have not regretted it. They did everything they could to accommodate the awkward time that I needed to pick up the car. I would recommend them to a friend, and that is not something that I do lightly

I bought a 2012 facelift 1.4 sri in 2012 November. Cost £10,000. Two days after owning the car we found the car had a noise at the dashboard.four weeks later we found the car was returning 37.8 mpg on motorway which is very poor.Drive Vauxhall said that they will look at the car to see if then can fix it. after four days we got a call to say the car has been fixed and we collected car. We then took the car for a motorway drive to see if the car has been fixed, we where shocked to see that car is still returning the same 37.8mpg. we called Drive Vauxhall tell them about our finding but they didn't want to know and said the car is ok and they won't replac the car, refund us or fix it. Told us to deal with Vauxhall UK which backed what the dealer was saying. I will never buy another Vauxhall car or buy a car from Drive Vauxhall. My friends and family will never buy Vauxhall cars or buy any car from Drive Vauxhall. I will always tell people not to buy Vauxhall cars or buy from Drive Vauxhall. I can see now why Vauxhall offer 5 years interest free,They have poor products and poor customer service. We are now going to sell the car. I don't want to keep a car which I know will be going back more often to be fixed and I know how poor service Vauxhall have.

bought a car from them with a 3 month warranty. within 4 days the rear brake calipers seized and hand brake was inoperative. i was advised car was unsafe to drive. so i contacted evoque cars to get it fixed under the warranty. they first hung up on me when i mentioned the fault. they then started being really aggressive, rude, obnoxious and swearing at us. blaming us, saying they had no obligation to fix it, using delaying tactics, and then finally avoiding all calls from us and not contacting us. WORST DEALERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. They have been reported to cheshire trading standards. i ultimaltey had the car repaired myself. AVOID THESE COWBOYS AND TAKE YOUR MONEY TO REPUTABLE DECENT DEALERS

I would recommend people steer clear from this garage. I took a tigra from the last year on a 'pay me monthly with no credit check' agreement. I took the car back to them two days after taking it as it was over heating and the smell of fumes inside was horrendous. They told me it was fine and 'common in tigras'. Last month I went to a garage to get the problem (that was getting progressively worse) checked out. It was a blown headgasket, and when they had told me it was fine.. It really wasn't, the car was on its last legs. So I contacted Lincoln Car Sales to see if they could help, not only was I paying double the cars worth just to be able to pay monthly, the bill for its repair would be ridiculously high (around the £500 mark). Their reply? Just give me the car back then. So, I returned the car. After paying them nearly £900 out of the £1500 they were charging for it (and replacing two tyres etc etc). I logged onto facebook (isn't it great) to see they were immediately trying to sell the car again. I have a garage report stating just how bad the car is mechanically. I put on the page that buyers should steer clear from the car and how awful I felt it was that they were trying to sell it to another unsuspecting person.. What did i get? Abuse from Lincoln Car Sales, insulting me, making false accusations and telling people there's nothing wrong with the vehicle and never has been. Of course, all their fans are commenting how amazing they are and Lincoln Car Sales are loving that I am now unable to comment back to the abuse I am getting. How very unprofessional. I suppose whoever ends up with the car in the end will wish they'd have taken my advice and I'll have the last laugh. Total & utter conmen.

Not one for leaving reviews but others should be aware of the service Nortree offer. So I bought a modified Fiesta ST 3 months ago my first question i asked over the phone was if the petrol usage was affected (MPG) by the mod's answer i recieved was a definate no so decided to view the car everything about the car was fine drove nice all seemed good and once again told that MPG was not affected so decided to buy at £4500, of course when you buy a used car you usually need to fill up straight away and this was the case £50 later i had a full tank. One week after buying the car and only doing 175 miles i had an empty tank?? so filled up again thought maybe i was enjoying the ST a little to much and decided to drive like my dad on a sunday and see how that went, 185 miles later I have an empty tank. So I ring Nortree and explain whats happening i'm told to keep at it and if i'm still not happy after 2 months then they'll buy the car back, not ideal but I went with it. So a few days ago i decided to find out how many MPG's my car is doing works out i'm getting 17 MPG??? I should be getting 27 to 38 MPG!! My Ford Fiesta is as economical as a Porsche 911 LOL. So call nortree to arrange them buying back the Fiesta, Takes 3 days for the correct person to speak too to ring me back and turns out they don't really want it back but out the goodness of there heart they'll give me £3000 thats £1500 less than what i paid 12 weeks ago yet i'm positive they would of sold it again for what they sold it to me. Needless to say i didn't take them up on this offer i've now traded the car in with a reputable company and made them fully aware of the petrol usage. If your thinking of buying a car from these guys don't trust what they say get a second opinion and if your still unsure go elsewhere they'll tell you what you want to hear so you give them your money.

I went to this dealership with the intention of purchasing a ix20 and was shocked by the salesmans attitude. He stated he would give me a great deal but only if I was to commit there and then without time to check over the deal. SHOCKING !!!!!

Slippery so and so, took our money and in return put my daughter in a death trap, botched head gaskett, dodgy brakes, broken suspension arm, no dash lights and the mileage when they MOT'd it is significantly lower than the previous MOT!!!!!!!! Called the day after purchase to ask for a refund as the car had broken down in the early hours causing our daughter to miss an important appointment only to recieve threats and a barage of abuse. The subsequent court case that we bought on advice of trading standards went exactly as he told us it would! He ignored all correspondence, we won, the balifs have come back empty handed to date. Dealing with these people, now trading as DS Car Sales will cost you dear, they seem to be THE OUTLET FOR THE MOTOR TRADES GARBAGE.

About a month ago I bought myself a very nice little 3 series from a garage called o davis cars, just outside of Horsham. I was travelling by train from London and the guys we nice enough to offer to collect me from the station. When I arrived one of the salesmen was waiting outside from me and we drove back to the garage together. When I arrived I was made a lovely cup of coffee and was talked round the BMW that I was very interested in by the sales manager. I genuinely could not find a mark on her and was amazed how immaculate the car was for its age. The car had only covered a mere 28,000 miles from new, with only having one last owner. Off we went on a test drive and I must admit it drove like a brand new car and was extremely impressed with the power it had. On return we went through all the paperwork having had all the servicing carried out at one bmw garage it's whole life and all the previous MOT's I could not fault the car. The car came with a 12 month warranty, 12 months MOT and 6 months Tax all included within the price. I also had the cheek to ask if they were prepared to take any money off the car and he happily agreed to knock £300 off! I was astonished and handed over the money straight away. I was supplied a 7 day free insurance cover and drove the beast home there and then. The car has not missed a beat since and I can 100% see myself driving her for many many happy miles, definitely recommend these guys, they are young, enthusiastic and sell fabulous cars!

We went to this car dealer after a recommendation from a freind, we traded in our old car for a used mazda 6 turbo deisel and gave a fair bit of cash on top for what we thought was a good clean used car! At this time my wife was about to give birth and we already had a baby girl aged 18 months! We agreed to part exchange and the dealer tony agreed to take the car to a local mechanic and have the cambelt changed as there was no record of this having been carried out on it. We collected the car a week later, the day after my wife gave birth to our baby boy. The car was ok i thought, until i noticed having driven it 20 miles or so and got out, then noticed a very strong smell of deisel coming from under the fuel tank- i called the aa as we are members, the technician said it looked as though someone had been inside the fuel tank and bodged up the fuel level indicator, without sealing it back up! The dealer tony let us drive away as a family with the car severely leaking fuel everywhere! On top of this when we started the car to drive home again there was a lot of white smoke from the exhaust! I called the dealer tony and he said he would collect the car and get it looked at. As if it couldnt get any worse after driving home and with the engine idling, it was chucking out blue smoke! So when his so called mechanic came to collect the car, i told him about all of this and he assured me this would all be fixed. One week without a car later we were told the car was ready, and the tank resealed correctly, and the smoke was down to a blocked injector which had been cleaned(as if!). We got the car back very dirty, with300 more miles on it and they had used up a full tank of deisel! After all this and driving the car, it was still chucking out blue smoke so i called tony again, and again we were left without a car for a week! I did some research and found the cause of the problem was a blocked dpf filter, and this would need replacing - the dealer tony refused to do this, and insisted it was due to the washers on the injectors needing changing, which he assured me was carried out by a qualified me hanic- i have since found out it was repaired on his sales forecourt by a grease monkey working out of a shed !!! In short, never ever ever buy a car from this dealer, i could go on about all the lies i was told too and how he tried to swap the mazda for a bmw with big ends rattling, or how when i payed a visit unannounced found them fixing my mazda with shoddy tools and changing the head on another car ! Beware this dealer sells dodgy cars which are all bodged up - he will sell to anyone regardless i just hope this puts anyone else of buying from here!!
