Greenhous Telford made my buying experience good because this is the 3rd vehicle we have bought here and every time has been easy, quick and professionally dealt with. The staff have understood our requirements and offered various cars at very affordable and competetive prices without trying to persuade us to buy something we didnt need. They are also flexible with finance options including part exchange, again simple to understand and tailored to our needs, not the companies! We were also given discount and full remaining Vauxhall warranty! Thanks Greenhous. As 'Arnie said, "I'll be back".

The quality and variety of nearly new cars is impressive and you can obtain a lot of car for a good deal less than new with relatively litt mileage.

Greenhous Telford staff were good because, the salesman made the process very relaxed whilst maintaining a structured approach to the process,he was very open and honest and fully explained everything. Whilst some car salesmen can make the experience uncomfortable and pressured, at no point did we feel intimidated, we were able to laugh and joke with the salesman which made the experience quite lighthearted and enjoyable.

I was pleased with Greenhous Shrewsbury and would recommend them because I dealt with Rob Skit who handled my purchase from start to finish he was extremely professional and dealt with any problems that arose efficiently. There is a problem with the steering on my new car and Rob is helping me to get it sorted out
