Vauxhall New Car Dealership Reviews

To be honest I am 50:50 in recommending Forest Gate Corby which is partly due to their association with Vauxhall as a manufacturer - whom I would not recommend at all. Vauxhall's errors and mistakes caused a huge delay to my car and even when contacting VCS I was not offered a suitable explanation. Forest Gate Corby's staff were generally very helpful (particularly Dean & Brian) - offering information when I asked - though I did feel if I did not ask I would not have been told somethings. The Salesman (whose name I forget) who demo'ed my car did rush a bit and miss off some parts on the checklist (e.g. no mention was made of the DPF and its regeneration - clearly ticked on the checklist he made me sign before he had been out!) In summary Forest Gate Corby were generally good - some areas for improvement. Though I would have expected a little bit more when spending a large amount of money on a car.

the experience at Forest Gate Corby New was good because things were done easily and with no problems and the handover presentation was excellent. time was taken to show you round your new vechicle, so you left happy and comfortable with your car.

Forest Gate Corby New made buying my new car a great experience because staff where very helpful & kept me updated, it's a shame dvla were not a good as I'm still waiting for the tax disc,& can't pick the car up till I've got it !!

I would recommend Forest Gate Mkt Harborough New to friends and family because We were made very welcome with a nice cup of coffee plus when the car was signed over to us we were showed how the car worked even to the point the manager who delt with us tuned my mobile phone to the car which I thought was brilliant so all we would like to say is thanks to every body at Mkt Harborough and most of all for a brilliant car and manager Kind.
