The experience at RRG Toyota Stockport was good because They have cars to suit people's needs, cars are well priced, Staff very helpful, not pushy and in your face. A offer of a pick-up from home was made to me, which I accepted.

We are happy with the car so far. The reason why we are dissatisfied with collection is because when we agreed the sale the rep mentioned that carpets were included. When we collected car we were told they were extra.

First salesperson was rather disorganised. My personal registration was not put on the documents and the car was not ready when I went to pick it up.

A few very cheap things that could make things better is tax for the vehicle - even 6 months and an air freshener. Garvin was very helpful and made the experience with while, will be back again - thanks.

RRG Toyota Salford Quays were helpful because Rob the sales man was excellent. He totally put me at ease and was very very friendly and explained everything. It was like I had known him all my life. A really great guy and didnt put you off looking around like some do.The young lady who made us numerous cups of tea on each vist and took our photo with my new car was just delightful. Altogether a great all round service

My experience at RRG Toyota Stockport was not satisfactory because after when we reach at home we found small dent on the passenger side door .the time was after 7pm.so unable to contact on that day.called on monday moring spoken with rrg salesman.he said will contact after spoken with manager.but until now no one contacted.
