  • I had a great experience at Harratts because when i first approaced Jamie and told him what I was looking for, i added it would be at least a month before I planned to change my car. He contacted me on the appointed day and from there everything moved smmothly. I had originally planned on a five door but I am completely satisfied with my 3 door version.   • When I purchased this vehicle, the salesman told me that the aerial does not need to be put on the vehicle and also not to use the 'main key'. When I arrived home with the car, I noticed the aerial would not attach and the key was not working properly. I reported this straight away to the dealership and felt very disappointed! The next day, I also noticed that the steering wheel was pulling to the right whilst driving and the car was revving a lot in the lower gears. At this point I decided to get in touch with the manager of this branch whom was thoroughly apologetic. I have my car booked in on the 11th May to be looked at by the mechanics at Renault Stockport and hopefully all will be sorted out. I am really disappointed with the salesman as I feel he took me for a ride. I'm still awaiting for a print off of the 'service history' of this car and have had to make 2 phone calls to remind. I am quite upset over the experience I had and look forward to hearing from you.
