  • Lookers Nissan Chester made my buying experience good because William our salesman was fantastic!there was no extra pressure and he answered all of our questions and put us at ease when we voiced any concerns we had.When it turned out the vehicle of our choice seemed slightly out of our budget he went out of his way to make sure we were not to disappointed and searched through numerous vehicles until he found one exactly to our liking in terms of price and how the vehicle looked etc.it was the first time me and my partner had purchased a nearly new car and from the experience we had we would certainly not be afraid to purchase from nissan again in the future!   • My experience at Lookers Nissan Chester could have been better because when i did not want to sign my original HP agreement due to the amount of money i would owe suddenly i was offered a cheaper deal. Also the sales person should be able to deal with everything and also i was told my car would have a full valet and in my opinion my car did not have a full valet, there was rubbish between the seats and dirt and dust on most of the fixtures.

  • Pentagon Barnsley staff were good because off the attention to customer service. In particular, Adrian who dealt with the whole thing "top to toe". every question i had was answered in full, with no hint of evasion. The car i bought (a nissan 370Z) is an absolutely gem. Full marks to Adrian for making the whole thing pain free.
