• Our salesman at Chapelhouse St Helens was a young man called Jamie. He was courteous, informative and was not pushy at all. He was very helpful and quietly confident. We will certainly come back to Chapehouse - we have bought three cars from there now and our daughter has too! The service is friendly and welcoming.

  • I wouldn't recommend Cartime because I wouldn't recommend Cartime because the car was 'wedged' in between two other vehicles on the forecourt when we came to collect. As a result the car was bumped when attempting to manoeuvre off the forecourt. I'm fairly sure that an employee of the showroom should drive the car off the fore court for insurance purposes. This would explain why they weren't bothered about minor damage to one other vehicle. We were promised someone would come and 'buffer out' the dents on our newly purchased vehicle, yet after 20 mins of no-one showing up or updating us we decided to leave.

  • I was pleased with Cartime and would recommend them because they were very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. Good selection of cars and no pressure to buy anything. Good experience and Andy Scott and the rest of the staff could not do enough to make it a comfortable experience.

  • The staff at Stebbings Car Superstore were good because there was no pushiness. We said what our budget was and the kind of car we need and Donna found us cars that suited our requirements. We were offered finance but we didn't need it and weren't pushed to change our budget or requirements. Overall a very friendly, helpful experience and one that we will repeat when we need a new car.
