• Buying a car from RRG Mazda Manchester was good because the whole looking around and buying experience was an absolute pleasure. I don't generally enjoy looking for a car but at this showroom I was pleasantly surprised. There was no over the top sales pitch and I was left to look around and make up my own mind without any hassle. Any queries I had were answered and I found all the staff friendly and helpful.   • I felt the whole experience to date has been totally beyond all expectations. All promises were met, even things we had not thought about were dealt with, collection from train station, excellent communication, approachable and massively helpful. This is our second Mazda, the first from this dealership but when we are looking at upgrading our other two cars, this will be the very first place we look. Paul Garvey was a really lovely lad who went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect.

  • The staff at Sandicliffe Leicester (Welford Rd) were good because they knew their products very well and gave lay terms when explaining their products to enable good clear advice to the client. They were always eager to attend and offer you a drink if you were waiting in the show room etc. They were quick to respond to your questions and always appeared to be very genuine in their reponses. They always got back to you by telephone when they had promised too. No over the top sales talk given to me when I was looking for a car. Very satisfied with the staff who sold me my Mazda2.
