Land Rover Car Dealership Reviews

My experience at Lookers Land Rover Battersea was not satisfactory because I made a mistake in buying a land rover. I am 65 years old and have two ageing dogs, one with three legs. The height of the boot makes it difficult for dogs to get in and I have to lift one (Labrador - heavy). On contacting the Manager the following morning I was met with an attitude of 'what do you expect me to do about it' and an offer to buy the car back at a signifantly reduced price - after one night! I have bought cars from Lookers for years and spent large sums of money. I would have expected a more respectful and flexible approach. I was left feeling you were nice to me until I handed over the money. I shall not buy a car from Lookers Landrover again.

Lookers Land Rover Chelmsford were helpful because Carl Simmons (Sales Executive) was a very personable, friendly salesman, not too pushy and really knew his stuff!

Buying a car from Taggarts Land Rover Glasgow was good because the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very accessible from the east as well as Glasgow itself. The selection of second hand vehicles is very broad and of good value.

I'd suggest Taggarts Land Rover Glasgow to a friend because of how genuine the salesman I dealt with was. Because of Gerri's service my dad is now going to see him next year when he replaces his car and my mum is now looking in to a land rover also. If we weren't given a genuine service and personality then we definately would have went elsewhere. I will reccomend taggarts to anyone.

Alan Hobbs was great to deal with. Having pretty much done the deal over the telephone I then had to travel from Newcastle upon Tyne to collect. The car was very well described by Alan and he delivered all aspects of the deal that he had promised in a short timeframe. Very happy with the service provided. Alan is a true asset to Taggarts in my experience. Best wishes

I bought the car dealing with salesperson Michael Henry. He was extremely attentive and I always felt he was going above and beyond. He personally made the whole experience marvelous and was a joy to deal with.

The experience at Lookers Land Rover Chelmsford was great because of knowing matthew & richard at parts & andrew rowe at sales reasonble part ex . [discovery] two years free servising ,plus a full tank of diesel ,one years roadside assistance,half day adventure voucher, chocolates ,champayne,plus the new showroom. I have never purchased a vehicle this expensive before, so the whole experience was alittle over whelming. thankyou all.

I'd recommend Taggarts Land Rover Motherwell to anyone because I had a good experince during and after the sales process. The car needs some attention which is unfotunate, head lamp replacement, broken automated boot but this has not changed my opinion of the people I delat with, it was very good.

Lookers Land Rover (Chelmsford) have a better approach to the customer then say Looker Ford at Widford Estate, who have a take or leave attitude. I had a mix up with paper work with this purchase, which was not handled very well and cost me five pounds in telephone calls because Lookers failed to reply on a number occasions. At this moment I would still recommend Lookers Land Rover but time will tell. (ie. with service etc.)

Taggarts Land Rover Glasgow were great because I was extremely satisfied with the car, but after buying a car worth £31,000.00, all we received was a tin of shortbread, we never got the price down of the car. So not really impressed that we didn't get anything for that kind of purchase.

I had a great experience at Lookers Land Rover Chelmsford because they treat you as though you are buying the most expensive car in the showroom - even if you are actually buying the cheapest! Excellent manners and customer service, wanting you to be able to purchase what you want not what they want to sell. Very individual and personal.
