I was very happy with the service at Sandicliffe Loughborough because the salesman could not have been more helpful and he completely put me at ease. All the staff were friendly and helpful and there was an overall relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. I have been very happy with my purchase and would like to thank Will ( the salesman) for his help and guidance throughout. It was a major decision for me as I have little knowledge of cars and their mechanics but I feel I have made the right choice and I will definitely be returning to Sandicliffe if I decide to change my car in the future.

I would recommend Lookers Ford Witham to friends and family because, apart from the fact that the car was a very good price; Matt was an excellent salesperson and had a very good sense of humour (life's too short after all) - if he had been pushy we would probably have looked around more as it is one of my "pet hates".

Lookers Ford Sudbury made buying my new car a great experience because- Sales persons were very professional. The answer to any finance was not applicable as we were using savings to finance the difference. We found Emily the sales person very helpful. We found Lookers to be the most competative on price by making comparisons on Auto Trader.

I'd endorse Gowrings Ford Reading because they were very helpful and were willing to trawl through lists of cars available from other Ford sites to satisfy my "shopping list". Liked the fact that I was told I could telephone at any time if I had any questions and, due to the fact that we had a slight problem with our payment method, the manager couldnt have been more understanding to get the matter resolved.

I had a great experience at Sandicliffe Hucknall because they were very helpful, (Mark and John) polite and didn't make you feel pushed into doing anything. Explained and answered all questions in detail, and spent plenty of time with you, never in a hurry to get away. They couldn't do more for you. Very pleased with my car, would recommend a visit to anyone.

The staff at Sandicliffe Melton Mowbray were good because they were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. However one drawback is that the car was delivered without the owners handbook and radio guide and despite 2 phone calls nobody has rung me back to tell me how these are going to be provided.
