Great customer service from Neil who could not do enough to help me understand the finance packages available despite my somewhat challenging personal circumstances. Once the car had been purchased the car was prepared and ready to collect within a couple of days and Neil also remained a work very late on Friday night so that I could collect having travelled from Wigan. Great service and would highly recommend.

Perrys Barnsley made my buying experience good because buying a car is one of the more expensive acquisitions in your life and they made everything so easy. they operate like a slick, well oiled machine. (just like the car I bought from them.)

Perrys Barnsley were helpful because they pulled out all the stops to get us the car that we really wanted. The salesperson Neil Green was very proactive and kept in touch at all stages of the purchase and even put our phone on to the cars bluetooth system for us.

Perrys Barnsley made my buying experience good because the sales team were fantastic from my first visit to perrys, throughout the purchase and follow up call to make sure I was fully satisfied with my car. The staff explained different options available to me from payment methods, extended warranty and follow up service plan at a great price. They were warm very helpfull and made made the experience a pleaseure. I would recommend perrys to anyone buying a car.

More technical knowledge relating to the car by the salesperson. Training salesperson to realise women buy cars! Rather sexist attitude during handover.

The experience at Perrys Barnsley was fantastic because the was no sales patter,just a relaxed approach from salesman and no pressure at all to buy,buy,buy !Everything connected with the car was explained in detail and as usual as in past purchases from the same dealership it was a pleasant outcome with the car I was searching for .

I would recommend Perrys Barnsley to friends and family because the salesman (neil greene), was incredibly helpful and freindly, when a problem was found with the original car he sourced another one almost exactly the same, so I would not be disappointed. He was even willing to go to work on his day off so I could view the car at a time covenient for me! I was truly made to feel like he valued my custom, I would like to thank him for that and hope his boss appreciates his exellent work ethics.
