The experience at Sandicliffe Basford New was fantastic because I have have hitherto had very satisfactory dealings with Sandicliffe. My reservations on this occasion are due to the delivery of the car to me without the rear parking sensors and without the carpet floor mats - both of which had been paid for and which really ought to have been sorted before I came to pick up the vehicle.

I'd endorse Sandicliffe Basford because of the professional and friendly staff. I didn't feel pressured into anything and have got a fabulous new car of which I am completely happy with.

The experience at Sandicliffe Basford was great because Aaron and the manager were very helpful in attitude and ideas regarding looking for the car I wanted. When found arrange for the delivery to Basford for me to have a trial run. Aaron was extremely professional both in his attitde and bearing.

I'd recommend Sandicliffe Basford New to anyone because Aaron Borg who sold us the car was friendly and helpful. He was informative and not at all pushy which is often the case with car salesmen and I would certainly go back.

I would recommend Sandicliffe Basford New to friends and family because the salesperson new the car range very well and explained everything thoroughly. He also arranged a test drive quickly and allowed the family to come along too. Ordering, collection and pick of the new car was very quickly and went to plan.
