Buying my car at Pentagon Rochdale was a great experience because I got the car I was looking for. However I was a little disappointed that the windscreen washer fluid hadn't been checked and was nearly empty (the warning light was on). Also and more importantly the rear offside tyre was 10 psi under pressure. This was a bit sloppy. The car obviously hadn't been put through the workshop prior to hand over. Which I was lead to believe it would be. Apart from this I am very pleased with the car. It's my first Vauxhall and I am pleasantly surprised. Although I think Vauxhall should be ashamed that the car has manual rear windows and no bluetooth. This is not a criticism of Pentagon.

Unfortunately I can only remember the first name of your salesman and that is Chris. He and everyone else I dealt with were very helpful and cheerful in their manner and made me feel at ease, he was also very informative when I collected my car.

Pentagon Rochdale were great because they were very patient, explained everything to me simply. Went through all the options available to me. Neil listened to all of my concerns, if's and but's etc. He advised me of all of my options without being pushy for the sale. I had visited about four other garages in Rochdale the same day before arriving at Pentagon and walked out of them because i found the Sales staff to be really pushy and unhelpful or the vehicles seemingly over expensive. I arrived there in a foul mood looking for a new car and not only did the staff win me around with their attitude towards me they even managed to get me to test drive a car the same day which to their credit cant have been an easy task. They made what for me was a traumatic experience (I hate buying cars!!) into a bearable experience. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it without any fuss. The car, paperwork etc was ready when they said it would be. Cant fault them at all, I have and will continue to sing their praises.
