The experience at Lookers Volkswagen Lincoln was great because from the moment we walked in it was relaxed,warm and cosy with no pressure .... Service was quick precise and the children loved the hot chocolate. The test drive felt relaxed and the adviser was knowledgeable as well as tactful ...asking if we wanted to chat alone or needed time to have a think!

We have bought two previous vehicles from Lookers in Lincoln and they have both been quality reliable cars. I always feel safe in a VW and I have given my old Passatt to my daughter who has a young family simply for that reason. I think Lookers offer you a fair deal in a minefield of competition!

My experience at Lookers Volkswagen Lincoln was not very good because I didn't feel like the salesperson had my best interests in mind when negotiating the price. When I questioned the initial deal and asked for a better price he justified the original price and didn't make any further offer. It nearly led to me pulling out of the deal, if it wasn't for the fact that I ultimately dealt with the manager.

My experience at Lookers Volkswagen Lincoln could have been improved because my car was not serviced before I bought it. I live in Scotland and have to organise this myself. Also I was under the impression that my car had bluetooth. It does not an that's an extra £300 to get. Overall poor customer experience
