Overall very good but when asked to sign paperwork wasn't told that I needed to take licence with me so had to go back and already been once but paperwork not ready, so it took three trips.

I would recommend Lookers Volkswagen Burnley because the whole experience was stress free. We were not pressured into anything and we felt like we had known the salesman for ever. Very friendly & very helpful. I have used Lookers before and will definitely use again.

I would recommend Lookers Volkswagen Burnley because All the staff there are very professional. We were seen very promptly. (No waiting for assistance) our sales executive was very efficient and found the best deal for us. He also followed us up whilst we were still looking for a vehicle, which encouraged us to go back to the showroom, where we found what we were looking for. Thank you Carl.
