My experience at Lookers Skoda Stockport was not very good because initially very good sales service until he had secured the sale and then the communication from that point on was terrible. the salesperson failed to keep me informed of changes to delivery dates and even when I contacted him and he assured me he would look into it, he failed to return my calls. He gave me false information regarding the 7 day insurance which had expired by the time he actually went to tax the car which caused me all sorts of problems and numerous phone calls to sort out. I was told that to compensate for the trouble the car would have a full tank of petrol on delivery which it did not. the car was also not valeted to the standard I would expect ad came without floor mats. I spoke with the manager who assured me if I filled the tank and had it valeted and sent him the receipts he would reimburse me - I am still waiting!!! It appears that the staff at Lookers are happy to make their sales and get the commission but cannot provide a good standard of after sales care.

Lookers Skoda Stockport was great because they provided us with the car we were looking for at a good price. They gave us a good part exchange deal for our old car and the salesman was very helpful indeed. I would recommend a visit if you are looking for a good deal.

I wouldn't recommend Lookers Skoda Stockport because the attitude of sales people leading upto purchase was mixed - from great interest and attention to my needs through to a complete lack of interest even when all of my buying signals were switched on. Then when I was due to pick-up I was told the car was not ready. Then when I did pick-up the car treatment Gard-X still had not been done and I had to go back again to get it done. In all of this however the support lended by the general manager Gerry was first class, just let down a bit by mixed sales experience and after-sales care.

The experience at Lookers Skoda Stockport was average although more or less everything was o.k. , when we went to collect the car it had not been mot'd so we had to go home and call again later, the car was also not as advertised ....no cruise control, no alloy wheels,so we had to barter very hard to get a cash reduction.the car had not been valeted whilst on the showground and there was a sour bottle of milk in the glove compartment.

Lookers Skoda Stockport were helpful because attitude of all staff was perfect, no heavy sales. A very friendly easy purchase and car was far cheaper than local dealer that gave poor customer service on previous visits.

My experience at Lookers Skoda Stockport could have been improved because the car was not ready when I arranged to pick it up. Sat Nav not working, the time was not correct. The tank was not full as arranged. After 3 hours of waiting I left the garage without the car.

I would recommend Lookers Skoda Stockport because I went in wanting another Octavia. They had all gone but I was introduced to the Rapid. This is a car that suited our needs and coincided with a special offer too. Rob McLaughlin was brilliant and his sales manner is brilliant
