My experience at Lookers SEAT Stockport could have been improved because the staff gave me conflicting information and when i went to pick the car up the finance was more than i had been quoted ,a telephone call would have been nice to explain that i was been charged more for the finance.So i felt that the customer service was not good.

I was happy with the service at Lookers SEAT Stockport because as a female sometimes the showrooms can be daunting a very male environment, so I was pleasantly surprised to deal with women who were knowledgeable and yet no high pressure selling I felt more comfortable and found the people within the showroom pleasant and polite a pleasant experience. Thank you and please pass this on to your staff. Keep up the good work plus I love my car .

My experience at Lookers SEAT Stockport was not satisfactory because . A stone chip in the windscreen was not dealt with, a touch up on the bumper was hidden from me, the repair was amateurish and I was informed it couldnt be improved upon, total rubbish ofcourse, the impression given to me was once you had my money I had no bargaining power. The salesman set his face like stone when I drew these problems and the fact the car pulls to the left to his attention, he clearly was not going to help. I've chalked it off to experience, have booked the car into a reputable garage to have the steering checked, my safety is obviously more important tome than it is to them. As soon as ihave the cash I will have the bodge on the bumper done properly. I wont go back for a car, pity because the car itself is great.
