Dan Edwards was fantastic the whole way through - nothing too much trouble and always went that extra million miles!! Service team fab too and service manager - I'd had my car 3 days and someone stole part of the front grille - it was a big cost to replace and with having 2 weeks left until my baby's due date I couldn't afford it, but my car looked awful! The manager had the part replaced at no cost to me! Amazing stuff.

Lookers Liverpool Vauxhall made my buying experience good because the sales man was very helpful and very understanding. He answered all my questions,and helped us pick a nice car . The only complaint i have is i found 2 faults with the car which i feel should have been found at the pre sales inspection even though it is going to be rectified ( I HOPE) it has still put me out

My experience at Lookers Liverpool Vauxhall could have been better because On taking the car from showroom it around 6ish peak traffic flow by sea forth docks car just lost power and stopped due to no petrol fault on gage stopped on dual carriageway nerve wracking expected to be hit lorrys which use this for dock route. Paperwork said 9,000 on clock it is 12,000 been now told after taking g the vehicle a second time it was put I. By error.

Lookers Liverpool Vauxhall were fantastic because basically because our sales executive Mike Callaghan was brilliant he went out of his way to answer all and any queries no matter how small and said we can ring him anytime to ask about anything we need to know. For once we felt comfortable and did not feel as though we were getting taken for a ride. The other salesmen are just as friendly in the office, but Mike was special and I would not hesitate to contact him or ask for him again if we wanted to change cars. I would appreciate it if our thanks could be made known.

I would not recommend Lookers Liverpool Vauxhall because i was dissapointed with the roadworthyness of the car it had to go straight back for suspension repairs even thought it had had a supposed rigorous inspection. i asked for a part to be replaced as a condition of sale and this was not done. dont blame the salesman feel let down by service dept.particularly as i was attracted by the network q warranty in deciding to buy from lookers. the exhaust back box is now blowing but feel if i contact them they will probably say fair wear and tear but have only had the car 3 weeks
