Lookers Ford Sheffield South were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they were prepared to negotiate on price (which was already good in the first place) and extras. Not only did the salesman (Roy Deans) make the buying process easy but he also dealt with an email with four queries in half a day and massively exceeded my expectations with his reponse.

Lookers Ford Sheffield South were great because the polite and efficiant manner in which I was received by Roy, the sales person. My choice of vehicle was not available but I was informed that Lookers would find my vehicle of choice within their organisation; this promise was kept and I am pleased with the vehicle. I feel I paid a fair price after I was given a fair price for my existing vehicle. I have signed up for the Service Plan which is a bargain!

My experience at Lookers Ford Sheffield South was memorable because when we came to collect the car there were a couple of minor issues that hadn't been addressed as part of the agreed preparation required. However, these were dealt with by the manager in an efficient manner and we were happy to continue with the purchase. Overall we are very happy with the service provided and would recommend Lookers Sheffield South.
