I'd suggest Lookers Ford Colchester to a friend because I found their website very user friendly and found the exact car I was looking for at an excellent price. The salesman was very helpful going through everything. I chose not to take out finance as I preferred to pay cash. I know I have not been called back the after sales person but this may be due to them not getting through on my work number as my mobile is switched off during working hours. nI love my new car it is a joy to drive.

Lookers Ford Colchester were helpful because from the moment we walked in , to the time we drove out in our new car, we were treated like our salesman,Riadh, was our friend in the motor trade.We were looking for a specific colour and model of focus, which two local main agents couldn't supply. Riadh went the whole nine yards, and found one in Edinburgh, which he promptly brought down for us to have a look at. The car was exactly what we were looking for plus a few extra's so we promptly bought the car. Thank you Riadh and lookers.

Lookers Ford Colchester were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the attitude we got from the sales person was amazing. My husband and I did not really want to buy a car on the day we went in, but the sales man was so warm and convincing. The only option we were left with was to buy the Ford Focus. He gave us as much information, time and took us in and out despite the freezing weather. He also responded truthfully to all sorts of questions we asked. He quenched whatever anxieties we had. I will be a Ford customer for life. Thank you for that fantastic customer service provided by Riadh. I so like your business ethos!
