  • The experience at Lookers Chevrolet Liverpool was great because they ticked all the boxes that I needed ticking. From entering the door until I drove away I delt with friendly helpful staff. Everything was explained clearly , from the details of the car to the finance package, The deal was sorted nice and quickly and the car collected in a couple of days. Overall a great experience, I would recommend a friend. My brother is in the market shortly and he will pay Lookers a visit.

  • I would recommend Lookers Chevrolet Liverpool to friends and family because the staff especially Paul and Dunkan Parker in sales deparment were extremely friendly and I drove from Bath city and due to traffic in Birmingham, I got late but they waited for me even after hours and they were very nice when I arrived there.   • Lookers Chevrolet Liverpool were really helpful and I'd recommend them because there was no 'hard sell' I was encouraged to look around and when i wanted help there was always a salesperson handy. There have been a couple of small teething issues with the car, but Duncan the salesman is supporting me to resolve them.

  • I would not recommend Lookers Chevrolet Liverpool because I originally drove to Liverpool from StHelens to view an Aveo which turned out to have a ripped seat . ( Not told this when phoned to arrange a viewing ) Chose a spark at £5499 only to be told it was sold . The spark I purchased was £5991 same year but more miles . Finance was offered but added nearly £1000 on to price because of £150 payments added to first and last payments .When collected my car , the seat was damp , the car smelled of cigarette smoke and there was not £15 worth of fuel in it . On setting out for work the next day at 5.30 am I found only one headlight working . So much for the pre-delivery inspection ! I phoned to arrange repair and booked in at StHelens Lookers , only for the agent to try and sell me a service on the car even though I had only owned the car for a week and was told when purchasing it that it would be serviced before delivery . ( EVEN THE SERVICE MANUAL WAS STAMPED ) This was my 2nd purchase of a vehicle from Lookers within 12 months Ithink it might be my last IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE IF I GET ANY RESPONCE FROM LOOKERS AFTER THIS SURVEY

  • I'd recommend Lookers Chevrolet Liverpool because I went looking for a Corsa and couldn't afford one. Mr Duncan Parker asked me to look at Chevrolet, I had a test run and liked it. The manager rang me because I had to wait a week for my cheque to clear he was understanding.

  • I would recommend Lookers Chevrolet Liverpool because Ducan and Paul were fantastic throughout from the test drive to driving away. Ducan is a credit to Lookers. It was very refreshing not to have a pushy salesperson. He was very honest and true to his word. Everything that needed to be done before pick up was and overall it has been a very pleasant buying experience. I can highly recommend buying a car from Ducan/ Lookers and in the future will be returning when we need a new car. In the meantime i will be telling everyone to buy from Lookers, you will not be dissapointed!
