The car was serviced before handover but within 200 miles the brake warning light came on and the front brake pads had to be changed. This should have been noticed and fixed at the service.

HPL Motors Prestwich made my buying experience good because the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful amd and I didn't feel pressured into having to buy a car there and then. They took into account my budget and the kind of car I required and overall I am very happy with the result. I shall continue to use HPL.

My experience at HPL Motors Prestwich was positive, and would recommend yourselves 100%, because Anthony, the sales person, was not pushy,; he was obliging when necessary; friendly but most of all NOT you're typical lying big headed car salesman He was most pleasant; knowledge of the cars was excellent, and overall a straight forward sales man. When I got the vehicle home, there was something missing off the front wiper. Anthony said he would post this to me first class, as we live an hours drive away. Sure enough, it was there, in the post at mine the very next day. I would say he is an accet to your company..... Please let him know this. Many thank Bill & Louise

I'd recommend HPL Motors Prestwich to anyone because there Honesty does in fact produce loyalty, my wife got her car from there and she found them to be up front honest and not at all pushy. Didnt make me take extras like Warrenty, gap cover.
