My experience at Perrys Huddersfield Jaguar was not satisfactory because,when we collected the vehicle it was raining heavily and did not do an overall inspection of the vehicle, which we regret. On arrival home we realised that there were two wheels that were badly curbed. ( the car was parked up by the side of a curb, the wheels were fine when we took the car for a test drive, they were all checked by us. The next morning we contacted the dealership. We like to give people a chance to put things right if there is an issue. Tom was very apologetic and said he would get someone to come to our home to refurbish the wheels. We waited for over a week there was not contact. We was surprised that the dealership did not call us to check that all was well, 10 days later I contacted the branch, they said Tom was on a course and was out of the branch for a few days. We were surprised at this comment because I thought anyone could have chased this up. a few days later we rang the branch again, as they had not contacted us. Tom said he had spoken to the Wheel Refurb guy and he told him that he had contacted us. Then we did get a call from the Wheel Refurb guy, he apologised and said there had been a mix up, he also explained that due to the weather he could not do the wheels if it was raining heavy. He said he would call one week last Wednesday Or Thursday, if it rained it would be Saturday. Here we are one week later and no phone calls. We believe that anyone can make a mistake, its life, however we feel that we have had to do all the chasing for this and still not had the wheels sorted. Had the wheels been done we would have given a much better customer service report. we are so sorry that we feel we have had to write this. Please can you get them to put this right. We have deliberately waited to fill this survey in to give them and opportunity to get this right. Unfortunately this has not happened, We were very disappointed in the after sales service, we previously had Mercedes who always give a curtesy call to check all is well.
