AVOID,! This dealership has the worst customer service. I enquired with regards to a car they had for sale, the salesman was very pleasant and gave me the full information with regards to the car and also a good price for my car which I wished to px, therefore I made an appointment to view the car and complete the purchase and traveled the 260 mile round trip to do so. 5 minutes before I arrived at the garage I received a call to say that they hAd sold the car that morning! I was in total shock having spoken to the garage less than 2 days before and confirmed the appointment via email. Following my discussions at the garage they then offered to sell me 2 other cars at a higher price. To allow someone to travel that distance knowing they were going to purchase the vehicle and to sell it before they arrived is a total disgrace. After writing to complain it was only then that I received an apology. Please if you are thinking of purchasing from this company please be careful as they do not value customers in any way or form.
